I rarely take phone calls I'm not expecting or from numbers I don't recognize. But if you leave a voicemail, make sure to include the same info as you would in an email or a text. Don't forget to include when I should call you back and/or if there is a time that I absolutely should not try to call.
Please do not try to engage me in explicit conversation or elicit from me any sort of quid pro quo.
I do ask screening of new friends and can usually be accomplished through a combination of references, active board memberships, social media, and real world information.
An unsealed envelope or greeting card left in plain sight is a great way to handle the donation. Please don't hand it to me directly. It would be great if you gave me a little privacy just then so I can put it safely away. Hey, it might be a good time to wash your hands!
If opting to donate via digital means (CashApp, Venmo, Bitcoin, etc) or with a gift card, I ask that donations be completed once parked and before being invited upstairs.

Minty breath and shower freshness are very important. My shower is yours should you need it. Try to let me know in advance.
In the case of same day requests, it's important to touch base with me about 90 minutes ahead of our scheduled get together so I can be sure nothing has changed. In the case of meet ups scheduled a day or more in advance, you should also reach out the night before or the morning of as well.
Early morning or late night meetings require a special commitment on my part. I ask you to make one as well. Anything planned before 9:30am or after 10:00pm require a nonrefundable deposit of $100.
I respect your right to make personal choices. However, possession of illegal drugs will not be tolerated during our time together. Failure to respect that boundary will result in the immediate termination of our time together
